Squeeee!!! That’s me being SUPER excited because school’s almost out for the summer!!
OMG I can’t wait! I really think that school should go for a few months, and we should have the rest of the year off, and not the other way around.
Just like school should be two days a week, and the weekend should be five.
How awesome would that be, right?!?
Right now, I don’t really care HOW long it is though. I’m just PSYCHED it’s almost summer vacation!!!!
I definitely want to swim a ton this summer. And not just like hanging out for an hour at the city pool swimming.
The public city pool is SUPER gross! I remember one time I actually saw a diaper floating in the kiddie pool. Like, someone saw their baby sitting there naked, and decided to just pick her up, leave the diaper, and head home! Who does that?!
And then there was this time a little girl was screaming, “Mooooom!! I have to pee!!” over and over again. Then she was like, “Nevermind!”
Um, nevermind? I know what that means!!!
Anywho, back to the beach… I want to go to the beach like almost every day!
Want to know what my perfect summer day looks like?
OK, so I’d wake up and eat waffles with whipped cream, because that’s kind of like a dessert…which is AWESOME just like summer!
Then I’d meet Chloe and Zoey and we’d go to the store for magazines, Snapples, and other stuff to bring to the beach.
Then we’d spend pretty much the whole day there!
I‘d go back and forth between swimming and lying on the sand, so that we dry off like five different times.
And then we’d have to get some kind of greasy fast food lunch, like hamburgers and fries or pizza. And we DEFINITELY have to get slush or ice cream after that.
We could also make some kind of super elaborate sand castle. I’m not talking about the kind you make with a bucket that’s like, one foot high. I’m talking about a HUGE sand castle that’s like a big muddy mansion.
It would be so awesome that everyone would stop and take pictures! And we could enter it into some kind of sand castle competition and make boatloads of cash!
At night, after hanging out at the beach, we’d have a sleepover at one of their houses (so Brianna can’t drive us crazy!!)
Of course we’d watch movies and do each other’s nails and stuff. But we’d also have a barbecue and eat outside, and we’d hang out near a fire pit playing truth or dare.
OK, so neither of them actually has a fire pit in their backyard…but someone really needs to get one!! Those things are just all kinds of cool. You can roast marshmallows, or just kind of chill there. It’s like camping but you don’t actually have to go anywhere!
So that’s my idea of an awesome summer day. I mean, I suppose I wouldn’t want to do this EVERY DAY. There’s a lot of other stuff I want to do!
I want to have picnics, and go mini-golfing, and go to pool parties, and ride my bike. There are just so many awesome things to do in the summer!!!
