MacKenzie is FOREVER being mean…and not just to dorks like me.
She’s even nasty to other CCPs. Just recently I heard her tell Jessica, “Nice shirt. No offense, but did you make that out of your shower curtain?”
I mean, she pretended she was joking, and she said, “no offense,” but that doesn’t make it less offensive!!
Then the other day, Chloe wore her hair in a messy bun. We were outside before school, and MacKenzie yelled, “Rat!! Careful Chloe…it might crawl into that RAT’S NEST on your head!!”
SO rude!
Anyways, she TRIED to embarrass me in front of Brandon after school yesterday, but she just ended up making herself look bad!
Here’s what happened…
At lunch, I’d told Chloe and Zoey I was SUPER psyched to go to the animal shelter after school. The animals are SO cute and Brandon’s even cuter with them!!
I was even more excited because I had a gift for Brandon. It was just something silly…I saw this cute little doggy shirt at the store near my house, and I thought he’d like it for one of the dogs.
I had it in the front pocket of my backpack, and my books and stuff were in the main part.
MacKenzie was sitting at the table over, and I’m sure she got crazy jealous that I was going to hang out with Brandon at the shelter.
I tried to talk quietly so she wouldn’t be all up in my personal business, but I swear she has supersonic hearing or something!
I left lunch for all of a minute to use the bathroom, and while I was gone, Chloe and Zoey were up throwing their trash away for maybe 15 seconds.
So we’re not talking a lot of time here, but somehow MacKenzie was able to get to my bag.
I didn’t realize it until I got to the animal shelter later. I opened the front pocket to pull out the doggy shirt, and it REEKED!!
It smelled like something died in there. Brandon even scrunched up his nose…I was SO embarrassed!!
Then I saw why it smelled so bad…there was a baggy full of rotten hard boiled eggs in there. I just KNEW it was MacKenzie!!
I was so annoyed! She’s ALWAYS trying to make me look dumb, and I’m so over it!!
The funny thing, though, was when Brandon said, “Wow that smells horrible! Did you switch backpacks with MacKenzie by accident?”
LOL!!
After that, he got a little flustered and said, “I just meant…well, she was eating an egg salad sandwich in lunch today!”
I laughed and said, “I guess my bag was too close to hers or something, cause it looks like her trash fell in mine.”
Then he went, “Yeah, I don’t think it was an accident. But it could be worse…YOU could smell like her perfume instead of YOUR BAG smelling like her sandwich!”
I had a feeling guys don’t like it when girls DROWN themselves in perfume. I mean, MacKenzie’s is SO strong it burns my nostrils!!
After that, we tried to put the doggy shirt on one of the dogs, but the little guy wouldn’t even let us get close with it.
Can’t say I blame him…it really smelled horrible!
I think it’s pretty awesome that no matter what LAME stunts MacKenzie pulls, Brandon’s still a really good friend.
It’ll take a lot more than a smelly backpack to change that…so when I saw MacKenzie this morning, I yelled, “BRING IT ON!!”
OK, so I didn’t say that! But I DID say, “I think you dropped this,” right before I tossed the baggy of rotten eggs in her locker!
