All this recent MacKenzie drama has probably gotten you feeling SUPER BAD for her, huh? Well, some of you anyways. I read the comments!
Yeah, it totally stinks that everyone turned on her…AND she was kind of nice in the janitor’s closet last week.
But this IS MacKenzie we’re talking about, and expecting her to become a decent human being is like expecting fire not to BURN!
I have no idea what happened in the principal’s office last Tuesday. All I know is that things totally cooled down after that.
On Wednesday morning, I got in kind of early because I needed to get some help with math…but even being arithmetically challenged, I could count the seven CCPS crowding around my locker!
They were all decorating MacKenzie’s locker for her, since it was empty and didn’t have a lock on it. There were streamers, ribbons, candy, and lip gloss tubes all over the place!
When I walked up to mine, they all stopped and gave me the stink eye. It was kind of terrifying! There were so many evil looks coming at me that I thought they might somehow steal my soul with their icy stares!!
On Friday, I was in the janitor’s closet with Chloe and Zoey when MacKenzie busted in with a few other CCPs, INCLUDING JESSICA, and said, “This is OUR closet now. Why don’t you DORKS go count the books in the library?”
I was SHOCKED to see them hanging out like nothing had happened!
In lunch yesterday, ALL the CCPs were sitting together. They kept whispering and staring over at my table.
Chloe said, “Something’s definitely up! They keep looking over and it’s freaking me out!”
Then Zoey added, “They’re messing with our heads! They’re TRYING to freak us out!”
After a few minutes, Jessica and MacKenzie came over to us.
MacKenzie screeched, “You think you’re so smart, don’t you?!”
EVERYONE was looking at me! I swallowed super loud because I was so nervous that I thought I might pee on myself!
Then I said, “Umm, at some subjects, I guess.”
Then she continued, “You had the PERFECT plan, didn’t you? Break into my house, steal my stuff, then no one would ever see your HUMILIATING diaper video!”
EVERYONE started laughing! I mean, the way she said it, it sounded like she had a video of me WEARING a diaper!
I was so busy thinking about how MORTIFIED I felt that I almost missed the other part of what she said…she was blaming ME for taking all her stuff!
Before I could say anything, she shrieked, “I don’t know what’s worse! That you’re a nasty thief who robbed my house or that you tried to turn ALL my friends against me!”
I DEFINITELY didn’t do that!
Right then, Brandon walked over, and MacKenzie pretended nothing was happening. She actually batted her eyelashes and laughed a little, like we were all having a great time hanging out together in lunch. (Maybe in an alternate Universe!!)
She knows Brandon won’t just turn on me, so she tries to pretend she’s NOT super mean to me whenever he comes around.
He said, “Nikki, can I talk to you for a second?”
Then, when MacKenzie and Jessica didn’t leave, he actually turned to them and cleared his throat. As in, “Ahem, this is and an A and B conversation, so why don’t you C your way OUT!”
He looked SO cute! I was feeling SUPER embarrassed and anxious, but the second he came over I felt much better!
He asked, “Are you coming to my birthday party this weekend?”
I was so excited that he asked me…AGAIN…but I was still thinking about the whole MacKenzie-burglary thing. I mean, this isn’t just going to stop here!
She’s CONVINCED I stole her stuff, and now I think she’s out for revenge! Either that or she wants the OTHER CCPs to think everything is my fault so they’ll stop being mad at HER.
I have no idea what to do now! What do you guys think?
