My Video Of Kids Leaving School On the Last Day!
WOW! It’s hard to believe the school year is almost OVER!!
Today I was looking at a fun video I made back in June 2019 on the last day of school.
I was in 6th grade back then and working on a video project. I remember hearing loud squeals of laughter as a group of kids came stampeding past me like they were being chased by an 8th-grade Zombie or something. I added the cool slow-motion effect to make it more interesting.
Two things were quite obvious. They were all VERY happy school was FINALLY over and in a REALLY big hurry to start their summer vacation!
Of course, things are a lot different now in 2021 than they were back in 2019. But, one thing remains the same…everyone is STILL extremely EXCITED about summer!
The past school year was very, um…UNUSUAL to say the least. Like for example, because I had virtual classes online, I actually wore my comfortable Spiderman pajama pants to class. Almost EVERY day! For the ENTIRE year!!
Come on, people. I’m NOT a total SLOB! I DID wash my pajama pants. At least once a week…usually.
Anyway, this year we’ve had good days and bad days…happy days and sad days….boring days and exciting days. And, that’s what THIS column is about.
Now that the school year is pretty much over, let’s talk about the GOOD, the BAD, and the UGLY!
